How soon can I expect my order to ship?
Once the payment has been processed we will do our best to ship out the same business day if before 12:00pm. If after 12:00pm we will ship out the following business day.
I am a boutique and want to put my own labels. How can I go about this?
Our labels are woven twill labels that are tacked on the sides to the waistband. It is very easy to remove. All you need to do is sew on your boutique's label after removal
Can Blue Turtle custom cut and custom label?
Absolutely. We are manufacturers and have been fulfilling custom cut orders for big companies for quite some time. We do have a rather high minimum (1200 pcs), which is why we only do these type of orders for larger companies.
If I am buying a large quantity, can I get a discount?
If you are interested in buying more than 10 packs per style/color, please contact us at sales@blueturtledenim.com. Everything is on a case by case basis, and we will get back to you with a bulk pricing specific to your order.
I need to ship internationally and have an account with a trucking company. Can you deliver to the trucking company?
No problem. We have customers that use various trucking/logistic companies and are well versed in the process. Please select "Pick Up In Store" as the delivery option. Once payment has gone through, email us at sales@blueturtledenim.com with your confirmation number, trucking company of choice, and destination address if applicable.
